Constructed in the 1970s, the Kingsdale Park was the first recreational amenity built in Bella Vista Village.

The facility consists of three pools. The 23-meter multi-use swimming pool accommodates all swimming lessons and general swimming for children and adults. The pool is equipped with a slide; the pool depth is 3 feet to 5 feet. The 17 meter adult pool has a depth of 3 feet to 5 feet. The adult pool accommodates four different aerobics classes, as well as adult swimming. The complex also offers a 10 meter wading pool with a depth of 1 foot for young children.
