Pool Hours:
11 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. (The pool opens the Friday before
Memorial Day and closes Labor Day.)
Note: Pool hours change to 4 to 8 p.m. when Bentonville
Public Schools are in session.

The Metfield Park was built in 1980 by Cooper Communities Inc.
to provide recreation to members of all ages.
The park's main attractions are a 78,000-gallon outdoor swimming
pool, with depths from 3 ½ feet to 5 feet, with a slide and a wading pool with
zero depth entry.
The park has two pavilions to accommodate groups up to 150
guests. The park also features playground equipment that consists of multi-level slides
and climbing apparatuses.
In addition, the park has an 18-hole miniature golf course with
several obstacles. The park is equipped with a basketball court,
shuffleboard, two tennis courts and three pickleball courts.

The Branchwood Recreation Center is an 11,537-square-foot
facility, located on Bella Vista’s west side. The facility,
which was built in 1982 by Cooper Communities Inc., houses Bella
Vista’s only indoor pool, as well as a fitness room, hot tub,
men’s and women’s locker rooms and showers, a pool table, a
racquetball court and a common area for friends to meet for
a cup of coffee.
Branchwood offers a 1,820-square-foot fitness room. The facility
has treadmills, elliptical machines, exercise bikes and fitness
machines.
The swimming pool is a 15-meter pool with the shallow end at 3 ½
feet and the deep end at 5 feet. The pool is equipped with a
handicapped accessibility chair lift at the 4-foot area. The
pool, which is heated to 86 degrees, offers water aerobics classes, as well as lap swimming, water walking and open
swimming for children and families.
In addition, the facility offers exercise classes, including
yoga, water fitness, arthritis relief and water aerobics. The
center also offers outdoor tennis, pickleball and basketball
courts, as well as playground equipment.
Tennis and racquetball courts are available with a reservation.
The fee for tennis is $3 for members with a photo identification
card and $5 for guests.

Constructed in the 1970s, the Kingsdale Park was the first
recreational amenity built in Bella Vista Village.
The facility consists of three pools. The 98,000-gallon multi-use
pool accommodates all swimming lessons and general swimming for
children and adults. The pool is equipped with a slide; the pool
depth is 3 ½ feet to 5 feet. The 76,000-gallon adult pool offers
a handicapped accessible ramp, with the depth of 3 ½ feet to 5
feet. The adult pool accommodates four different aerobics
classes, as well as adult swimming. The complex also offers a
5,200-gallon wading pool for young children.
The park also has PVC playground equipment, with a bridge,
climbing bars and slides. The complex includes an 18-hole
miniature golf course and Bella Vista’s largest pavilion. Tennis
Camp and Camp Bella Vista participants use the facility often
during the summer months. |
