Riordan Hall Fees

The following fees are for use of the facility’s amenities, including the fitness center and hot tub.

Entrance Fees
Fitness Center and Whirlpool
• $2.50 daily use – for a member with a POA-issued Photo ID
• $3.50 daily use – for a member without a POA-issued Photo ID
• $4 daily use – for a sponsored guest
• $25 a month – for a member with a POA-issued Photo ID
• $188 a year – for a member with a POA-issued Photo ID

Classes and Groups
• $2.25 daily use – for a member without a POA-issued Photo ID

Room Rental Fees
• $50 – small meeting rooms
• $100 – large meeting rooms
• $900 – auditorium for a member
• $1,500 – auditorium for a guest

Miniature Golf Club Rental Fees
• 50 cents – for a member with a POA-issued Photo ID
• $1 – for a member without a POA-issued Photo ID
• $1.50 – for a sponsored guest
