Riordan Hall's fitness room offers treadmills, elliptical machines, exercise bikes and fitness machines; perfect for achieving a healthy lifestyle.

Fitness Classes:
Cardio Kickboxing
• 6 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday

Exercise with Arthritis
• 11 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday

SilverSneakers
• Yoga Stretch – 8:30 a.m. Monday and Wednesday
• Muscular Strength & Range of Movement – 10:30 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday

Tai Chi
• 6 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday
• 9:30 a.m. Saturday

Yoga

• 6 p.m. Monday and Wednesday
• 9 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday

Zumba
• Low impact Zumba – 8:30 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday (September to May)
