Alcohol is not allowed in either room in accordance with Arkansas liquor laws.

Brittany Meeting Room is 661 square feet, offers a sink and space for approximately 12 card tables. The room is ideal for small meetings, birthday parties and club events. Maximum capacity is 45 people.

Dogwood Meeting Room is 1,613 square feet, overlooks the pond at hole No. 18 on the Dogwood Hills Golf Course. The room is ideal for fitness classes, wedding receptions and large gatherings. Maximum capacity is 97 people.

Classes and Groups
• $2.25 daily use – for a member without a POA-issued photo identification card.

Room Rental  
Rooms can be rented anytime for up to five hours by:

• Businesses, which will pay a flat rental fee of $100. The business's guest will not need a POA-issued photo identification card.

• Groups and clubs, which will require all members to present a POA-issued photo identification card. Members without a POA-issued photo identification card and guests will $2.25.

• Individual, who will pay a flat rental fee of $100. The individual's guest will not need a POA-issued photo identification card.
