Membership Lot
The owner of this Bella Vista Property Owners Association membership lot is entitled to all membership privileges and has access to all of the amenities Bella Vista Village has to offer.
Amenities include 126 holes of golf spread among eight golf courses, a golf range/practice center, seven private lakes, swimming pools, tennis, racquetball and basketball courts, miniature golf and playgrounds, walking trails, Bella Vista Highlands Gun Range, an RV park and fitness and recreation centers.
This Bella Vista lot is just north of Bentonville and the proposed Bella Vista Bypass. The lot is currently zoned by the Bella Vista Property Owners Association as a "membership lot". Membership lots are not zoned for any type of construction at this time.
Each lot is subject to property association assessments, which is $16 per month ($192 per year). The property taxes are less than $13 per year.
