Member/Guest Cards
The Bella Vista Village Property Owners
Association provides a variety of amenities, including golf,
swimming, boating and tennis, for the enjoyment of members
and their guests. To participate in these activities,
current membership cards and valid guest cards are required
at all facilities, except restaurants.
All Bella Vista property owners can establish member rights by
presenting a recorded legal document showing ownership at the
POA’s Membership Services Department, 101 Town Center NE. Upon
receipt of this documentation and confirmation that all
assessments are current on the property, change of ownership is
made in the POA’s records then paper membership cards and
assessment payment coupons are mailed
to property owners.
Two paper membership cards may be issued per property.
Membership privileges are extended on only one property if a
property owner owns multiple lots or living units.
There is no fee for paper membership cards. Guest fees are
applied when using the paper membership card for use of the
facilities or activity participation.
Paper membership cards are sent annually to all members that are
current in paying their assessments.
Obtaining Members and Guest Cards
Cards may be obtained at the POA’s Membership Services
Department, 101 Town Center NE, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday

excluding the use of the Highlands Gun Range.
Property owners must submit the completed renter-guest
affidavit. To obtain a Renter-guest affidavit form

Services Department, 101 Town Center. Those who are
renting a home should have the owner of the rental

POA-issued photo identification card from the POA’s
Membership Services Department. To obtain the $20

site or at the Membership Services Department.
Free Guest Cards
Guest cards are required for use at all POA facilities
except when the guest is accompanied by a POA member or
dependent that has a current member card, which means guest
cards are only required if the guest is not accompanied by a
member or dependent member. Guest cards cannot be issued from a
dependent card holder.
When a guest is accompanied by a POA member and that guest does
not have a guest card, then the accompanying POA member or
dependent member must sign in his guest on the facility guest
register, which will be located at the reception desk of each
POA facility.
Guest cards are required for everyone 13 years of age or older
if not accompanied by a member.
Guests that are 12 years or younger must be accompanied by a
responsible adult who has a current member or guest card.
Guest cards are issued at the POA’s Membership Services
Department from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. After
hours, guest cards are available at the Metfield Clubhouse,
Riordan Hall or Branchwood Recreation Center. Guest cards will
be issued upon receipt of a property owner’s written request by
fax, mail or filling out a form in the Membership Services
Department or on the POA’s Web site. For an online application,
click
here.
The property owner must provide his/her name and address,
subdivision, block and lot numbers, the guest’s name and
address, the date the card is to become active and the date the
card will expire (up to 30 days). Guest cards may be sent by
return mail-if a self-addressed, stamped envelope is included in
the request, or the cards can be held at the POA’s Membership
Services Department, 101 Town Center NE, to be picked up during
regular office hours.
Any member sponsoring a guest will be responsible for that
guest’s compliance with all POA regulations and rules, which are
in effect at that time. In the event the sponsoring member’s
guest may damage any POA property, the sponsoring member will be
held responsible for all expenses incurred.
