Stump Dumps
General rules for the POA’s stump dumps:
1. No cutting of wood in the dump
2. No household trash
3. No commercial building material
4. There is no fee for property owners
5. If hired by a property owner to haul brush, the hauler must
be able to verify that they have been hired by a resident.
Hours: The POA's stump dumps are open from sunrise to sunset.
Directions:
Highlands Stump Dump
From the intersection of Arkansas 340 and Arkansas 279, go
through the Highlands Gate, go approximately 5.8 miles west on
Highlands Boulevard. At the white church (Donovan Full Gospel
Church) there is a sign for the Highlands Gun Range/Trap and
Skeet and a Benton County road sign “Rocky Dell Hollow Road.”
Turn left at these signs and go approximately 7/10 mile on Rocky
Dell Hollow Road and turn right at the “Highlands Stump Dump”
sign.
East side/Fredericks Stump Dump
Take Trafalgar Road approximately 3 miles. The stump dump is
located directly across from the Blue Mountain Storage. This
stump dump is a leased facility and is closed during wet weather. To determine if the
stump dump is open, call the POA’s Maintenance and Construction Division at
