Street Department
Street maintenance is a service provided by the City
of Bella Vista. For questions or concerns contact Bella Vista's

The Street Department is responsible for maintaining and
repairing approximately 560 miles of road and parking lots, as
well as paving improvements for more than 100 POA facilities.
Projects also include:
• Maintaining the drainage system and culvert placement
• Mowing the rights-of-way
• Trimming/removing trees and clearing brush from intersections
and road sides
• Patching pot holes and water/sewer cuts to street
• Sweeping the streets
• Removing snow
• Installing and maintaining directional street signs
• Sponsoring special events, such as the “White Goods” Pickup

Emergency Snow Removal
Our Maintenance and Construction Division provides a unique service to
its members with certain medical needs through its Emergency
Snow Removal Program. For more information about this service or

The Property Owners Association’s Maintenance and Construction
Division is
compiling a list of residents who require priority snow removal
this winter due to medical needs of chemotherapy, dialysis or
oxygen delivery.
All residents seeking such assistance must complete the attached
request form each year. The form also is available at the
Maintenance and Construction Division.
Forms should be completed and returned to the Maintenance and
Construction Division, Attn: Street Department, 51 Huntley Lane, Bella Vista,

Residents experiencing a medical emergency during inclement
weather are reminded to call 911 or 855-3771.
