Who:
A two-person team. At least one team member must be registered in the Bella Vista handicap system. Limited to the first 30 PAID teams.

What: A two-person team event consisting of 18 holes. The format will be 18 holes of best ball with full handicap. Once the team score is turned in, one player will draw a name from the Masters field. That player’s score will be added to the team score to make a team final score. Results will be posted Sunday morning.

How:
Flights will be established based on the team’s total handicap. You will play in that flight for the tournament. Men will play from the No. 2, Blue tees. A minimum of five teams must be established in the
Senior Division (both members must be 70 and older) and Women’s Division (both players must be female). Senior men will play from the No. 3, White tees. Ladies will play from the No. 4, Red tees.

What Else: The entry fee for the event is $55. (This does not include green fees or carts.) One hundred percent of the entry fee will be returned in prizes (tee gifts, gift certificates for flight prizes and closest-to-the-pin contests).
THE FIELD IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 30 PAID TEAMS.

Teams may pre-pay green fees and/or cart fees for the tournament. Pre-payment must be for the entire team.

TOURNAMENT COSTS:
Entry Fee: $55   
No green fee charge for Annual Golf Green Fee (AGGF) card holders.
Member Cost: $14 per person (with Value Card)
Member Cost: $18 per person (without Value Card)
Guest Cost: $27 per person
Carts: $15 per person

All registrations and cancellations must be made by Monday, April 2, 2012.
