Members required to use the Automated Tee Time Reservation System

The area required to use the Automated Tee Time Reservation System, which had been defined as within a 40-mile radius of Bella Vista, has been more clearly delineated. Members now required to use the Automated System are bounded by:

To the North               Joplin, MO
To the West               Grove, OK
To the East                Garfield, AR
To the South              Fayetteville, AR

Members residing in this area will have two methods to reserve a tee time: 1). Call (479) 855-8199 to reserve a tee time; or 2). Reserve a tee time via the Internet through the web page. The Automated System is a 24-hour system, which allows members to make a tee time at any of the golf courses in Bella Vista Village.

The system releases tee times beginning at 7 p.m. seven days ahead of play. Once tee times are released they remain available, through the Automated System, for booking until 11:59 p.m. the day before play. The tee time release schedule is:

Members required to use the Automated Tee Time Reservation system should remember that the phone system will allow two consecutive tee times to be placed, while the Internet access will allow just one tee time to be reserved. Members should, also, be aware that just one reservation per day, per member number is available.

 Tee times for the day of play are available by calling directly to the desired Bella Vista Village golf course. 

Members residing outside the area required to utilize the Automated System

Members in this area may call the Non-resident Advanced Tee Time Program at (479) 855-5079 to make their tee times or e-mail requests to golf@bellavistapoa.com. - no more than three months in advance of play. In addition, once the Automated Tee Time Reservation System tee time window (see above) is opened, non-resident members must use the automated system.

Non-residents will be able to reserve up to nine consecutive days of tee times for each visit to the village, but no more than one such visit each month. Non-residents e-mailing their request should fill out a Tee Time Request form.

Non-residents must call from outside of the automated system’s required area to use the Non-resident Advanced Tee Time Program. Once they are within the automated required area, they must use the automated system. The program utilizes caller ID to insure that the phone call is made from outside of the required area.

Guest procedures for making Tee Time Reservations

SANCTIONED GUESTS
A sanctioned guest has or will receive a guest card signed by a Bella Vista Village member. Sanctioned guests must call (479)855-5070 or their housing supplier to receive a temporary Tee Time Access Number prior to placing their call to the Tee Time Reservation System.  Beginning at 7 a.m. three days before they wish to play, sanctioned guests may call (479) 855-8199, enter their Tee Time Access Number, and request up to two consecutive tee times on the appropriate day. We suggest that guests utilize the time search rather than a specific golf course search when requesting a tee time. For same day tee times, sanctioned guests should call directly to the golf course they wish to play. At this time, sanctioned guests are not able to use the Internet for tee time reservations.
