Program Guidelines


Basics: Current members of the Bella Vista Village Property Owners Association tell nonmembers how wonderful Bella Vista Village is and encourage them to purchase a Bella Vista Village lot from the association.
 
Why: To help market this wonderful community and boost interest in the village. Who better to spread the word than satisfied members?

What: A current member in good standing convinces a nonmember to purchase a lot via the Bella Vista Village Property Owners Association’s online lot auction. The member provides the name of the potential purchaser to the association, and the purchaser confirms that they were encouraged to purchase by that member.
 
When: Throughout 2013, as long as the name is provided and confirmed by the association member and purchaser at, or before, the time of payment for the purchased lot.

Who: Any current member of the Bella Vista Village Property Owners Association that is in good standing is eligible to participate and encourage any person who is NOT currently a member of the association to purchase a lot from the association’s online auction.

Benefit: Once the lot purchase is complete and the lot paid for in full, the referring member will receive 13 complimentary green fees with a cart to be used within one year and the new member will receive a complimentary POA-issued photo identification card valid for one year.
 
Restrictions: Only one member is eligible for benefit/prize per lot sold. Only one photo identification card will be complimentary per lot sold. The association must be notified by the member of the referral before the time of purchase, and by the buyer at the time of payment to receive the benefits. Refunds will not be given. Lots must be purchased from the association via its online lot auction. Companies, businesses, corporations, real estate agents and association employees are not eligible for this benefit/prize. Benefits/prizes are not redeemable for cash. Complimentary green fees expire one year after issue date. Complimentary photo identification cards expire one year after issue date. There is no limit on the number of times a member can benefit from this program by referring a new purchaser. POA members can utilize the free green fees on guests that accompany them. POA members can transfer all of the green fees to another person, but no partial transfer of the 13 rounds/carts is allowed.
 
How: Contact a nonmember of the Bella Vista Village Property Owners Association and tell them ab
out all of the affordable amenities Bella Vista Village has to offer. You are welcome to bring them as your guest to experience the association’s amenities they are most interested in using. Once you have them hooked, direct them to the association’s online lot auction to purchase the lot of their choice. Now, you need to contact Ralph Barger, the association’s lot administrator, at RalphB@BVVPOA.com or (479) 855-5035 and let him know who you are and who you have referred to the online lot auction. Once your referral has purchased a lot, they must inform Ralph Barger, the association’s lot administrator, at RalphB@BVVPOA.com or (479) 855-5035 that you referred them to the site for the lot purchase. Once the lot is paid for and the sale is complete, the purchaser will be given a piece of paper to take to the Membership Services Department, 101 Town Center, for their complimentary photo identification card. You may then pick up your certificate for 13 complimentary green fees with a cart from the Golf Operations Department, located at the Bella Vista Country Club building, 98 Clubhouse Drive.
